@missnypizza sorry about BW, but I know what you mean about Pace! We didn’t pass the prescreen got a huge academic scholarship and they keep sending us stuff! From the honors college, etc. It is definitely like salt in the wound!

Congratulations to all. Waitlist at BW is a great accomplishment! Sleep will be a little easier tonight at our house with D’s first MT BFA acceptance: Utah (came via email). Wishing everyone the best as we head into crunch time of mid-March.
Montclair updated their financial aid portal today. They’ve put out the offers for 2017-2018.
Congrats to the BW Waitlist! Remember everyone admitted will have other options so hang in there…but man the waiting…! And @1bamom congrats on Utah!!! Yes! Way to go!
Just got a call from Pace… missed it, and they didn’t leave a message! Tried to call back but went straight to VM. what a way to end the evening.
@bdedad we get that call multiple times a week-it’s probably the admissions office asking about your interest in attending because of your academic acceptance and then D has to tell them she is waiting to get her MT audition results
@Jjrmom8 That’s messed up to be calling about something like that now, when our heads are about to explode.
Last year My D received call after call from Pace – it was always admissions kids asking if she had any questions, blah blah blah, They called at least three times a week, it was nerve wracking!!!
Same. Pace admissions called and called. Very stressful!
@aquarose26 Is there a portal address for Montclair? My D has a NetID account, Montclair gmail account and her original application page. None of these have links to any application status or financial aid, or updates - no info at all is available as far as we can see.If you have any suggestions, please message me. Thanks!

Look guys I’m sorry I that I even brought up my last post. People on “The Company” are overreacting about some stuff that was said. Also if you’re from The Company looking at this now. I am a student. I am apart of both groups I just didn’t understand why there was negativity over CC when I have been a member for almost 3 years and I do not see anything wrong with it. @theaterwork @marg928 I agree with you guys! And CC has been especially helpful for me seeing as I don’t have parents who are even halfway as supportive as the ones on here. I probably couldn’t have made my list and auditioned for the schools I did without this website. So I hope we can all put whatever it is to the side and just go on being our two separate atmospheres…

I also find CC (the drama and MT forum) super helpful and informative. And honestly a source of support when needed!
@whiteraven1 I think everyone is hurting right now and that bashing CC is making them feel better. I totally agree with you, but everyone copes in different ways. I personally am very grateful for both of these groups!
