I would call National Merit office tomorrow. It’s been long enough that they might be able to tell you.
Mine was a 2023 Finalist. I’m wondering when the letter for renewal is coming out.
Mine was also a 2023 Finalist. I called NM a week or so ago to ask this. I was told the renewal will come out early March. I expect to get something next week. I was told if we don’t have anything by mid-March, we could call to let them know we didn’t get it.

We got ours in the mail yesterday! 
My NMS is a graduating senior. This is the time of year they normally receive a letter asking them to confirm that they are still enrolled in college. This year, the letter said,
Dear Scholar
All of us at National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) extend to you our warmest regards and congratulations as you complete your baccalaureate degree requirements. We hope that your educational experiences have been rewarding.
Before closing your file, we ask that you provide some information about your college experiences and future plans by completing an NMSC graduation report. We ask that you complete the graduation report by XXXX.
When summarized, information from graduating Scholars helps us to evaluate the effectiveness of NMSC’s scholarship activities and can strengthen our efforts to increase support for scholarships from independent sponsor organizations. We thank you for your assistance and send you our continuing best wishes for success in pursuing your personal and professional goals. Any news about your accomplishments and activities will always be welcome.
