@moms2024 , PSU sends out notifications for new students and transfers in mid Feb. Current students donât receive any word until mid June. Itâs my understanding from this site, along with PSU parents FB page, that financial aid and merit tend to be disappointing. Penn State has lots of high stat / high achieving kids from whom to pick who pay full price. It doesnât mean it wonât happen, but prepare to be underwhelmed by the offer. Unlike other schools, they donât meet 100% of need. And a lot of âaidâ takes the form of loans as opposed to grants.
