In isolation I would not have worried about the 2019 incident at this point, but that they are under investigation again is concerning. Aside from the actual issue, from a practical standpoint I think a second incident somewhat soon after may result in a more severe penalty/some sort of suspension, and that is always a tough situation immediately after, even if eventually the team is better off for it.

D26 got into her ED1 school and will be swimming in college! It’s been a wild ride, so relieved to be done.
