I am sending a link. Jacobs does it a little differently, and it is explained there. All academic and talent merit scholarships (excluding selective scholarships which your student can apply to separately) are given through Jacobs. My kids did not receive their academic/talent merit offers until around April 1. My oldest who had exceptional high school academics was given the most academic money. My son who barely made the general IU academic requirements received none. They all received talent merit of varying levels. My oldest ended up with about 3/4 tuition covered, my other two about 1/3. We are instate so you would need to talk to someone OOS for more detail on their offers.
