<p>She needs to arrange for her audition prior to arriving on campus for freshman orientation. </p>
<p>FWIW, there are only a limited number of slots available. Not all students who audition are able to receive lessons.</p>
<p>D2 auditioned for her instrument, but only 3 (!!) openings were available for the 7 students who auditioned. D2’s freshman roomie did take music lessons at Eastman and D2 said that sometimes factoring in travel time via shuttles made scheduling lessons difficult. Your D may need to have a 2.5-3 hour block available in order to accommodate lessons +travel time.</p>
