<p>Just talked to my d she is staying(we are to far away to get her) and about half the dorm in Smyth is also staying. She was going out to buy food as they were told that if power is lost the fobs would not work to get into the dorms. The hardest thing for me is that UD has not changed the information since last night. what is thier evacuation plan for to the students that are in the dorms if it comes to that.</p>
