mr_sanguine - i’d recommend math, the intro bio courses (but if you got a 5 on the AP, most of my friends have said that it’s definitely worthwhile to think about using the AP score to place out of mcdb120a and e&eb122b and start with the more advanced/interesting courses required for the major), and chemistry (either general chem or orgo, depending on your prior preparation in chem). you can wait 'til sophomore year for physics.

basically:
frosh - math, intro bio, chemistry
sophomore - more bio, physics, orgo/other chem

the more AP credits you have though, the more of the prereqs you can skip over/the more flexibility you’ll have in scheduling.
