My major is health science- it’s capped ?
Second choice is psych
You’re still probably good, top 15% is great! Good luck!!!
@kgracey17 I think you have a good shot at getting in Clemson. Not sure about how hard the major is to get into.
@feenicks CONGRATULATIONS!!! Would you mind sharing your daughter’s stats and major?
Has anyone heard back in PA?
My daughter heard on 11/16 that she has been accepted. Ohio.
@dnbamom Congrats!!! Still waiting to hear in NJ. My son is very excited to hear from Clemson.
We haven’t heard yet and we are in NJ.
Daughter was accepted to Health Sciences. 1490/5.02 from N.J. Clemson is her favorite school. She heard 2 weeks ago and was super excited. Will wait to hear from all the others schools though. Scholarship money is important. Good luck to all!
Received a “tiger town bound” letter today! 1480 SAT in North Carolina. Wasn’t expecting anything until February so it was a shock.
Hi all, I noticed that many others have received decision letters, I sent out my application on September 27. When do you think I will hear back? I live in CT. Also, I thought Clemson didn’t notify till February, why are so many people finding out now? Does it have to do with scholarships? Thanks!
I’m also curious as to why, not mad though, since I was told I’d be hearing a decision around February 15th. It may be due to submitting an application on coalition vs Clemson’s personal application submission website. I did the clemson specific one and got my decision back today.
Hmm weird. Did you get a scholarship, maybe it has to do with something like that?
Most applicants hear in February. Some students with high SAT/ACTs and GPAs hear earlier.
Why is that? Is there anyway I can find my decision status online? I applied late September.
I did get a scholarship but it says I will get more details about that in February so I’m not even sure how much it is now
@jrrugg From Clemson’s website regarding OOS scholarships…“Domestic out-of-state students with at least a 1360 (EBRW+M) on the SAT or a 29 on the ACT composite and who are ranked*** in the top 10%* of their high school class will be considered for a renewable merit scholarship.” In past years, these students have been notified anywhere from November-January. If your stats qualify you for a scholarship, chances are you will hear before February 15. Otherwise, my guess is you will hear when the vast majority of the decisions are released in February. Also, Clemson notifies via mail only.
Our daughter has not heard back yet.

Is there a group chat on FB or GroupMe or other for newly admitted students yet?
is that it for november acceptances or do you think they will keep coming?
