@ladyvette826 Thanks, just tried and this is same message I received yesterday. “Our records indicate that your application currently does not have an eligible status for the Bridge to Clemson Program.”
This is by far the most positive and encouraging thread that I am a member of. Everyone cheers each other on with no negativity. Thank you so much and I’m wishing everyone lots of luck and no matter where you end up, you will be an asset to that college! I guess next week is the week we’ve been waiting for/dreading ?
Couldn’t agree more with @Pumpkinlily ! Good luck everyone! Just to be clear there were no status changes today right?
Just tried the Bridge hack & it says “You are invited to The Bridge To Clemson Program” so I guess my D has the option now!
TCTC Bridge to Clemson Program
Your eligibility could not be determined. Please check and re-enter your CUID, if you continue to receive this message or have questions about your eligibility, please call Clemson University Office of Admissions at (864)656-2287 between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
Same kind of message on both sites! Admissions counselor felt pretty positive for either an acceptance or bridge for my DD! Biology, 4.65, too 11%, 1180 GPA! I guess we wait for the snail mail. My checks every 1/2 hour has done me no good! I know she will be successful no matter what! She has so much going for her in life! Any biology majors with an admittance award? If so-stats?
Clemson is a great University and I wish everyone waiting the best of luck too.
My friends hack changed today after seeing they mailed out decisions. Mine hasn’t, that means I got denied or waitlisted & my bridge hack says I was ineligible. Damn they really didn’t want me LOL l
Much to my surprise, my son’s hack status changed on Tuesday. I felt Clemson was a reach for him because all of the stats of other students on this thread are pretty impressive. Here is his stats:
OOS
Major: Business Admin.
Weighted GPA 89.0. (approx. 3.5)
SAT. 1280
Rank: top 50%
Activities - local historic society (he joined in his junior year)
basketball - freshman year only
He has taken many more history classes than required (pretty much all of the history classes offered in the school.) The history classes were either honors or AP, which he mostly got A’s in, helped his GPA.
Given the above, I am tending to think his demonstrated love/passion for history and indicating on the application he was interested in obtaining a minor in history influenced the decision. After all, how many students want to major or minor in history?
Good luck to everyone!
@lil4456 Please try not to take it personally. You will find your place! <3
While we are waiting…any Architecture students? My son is considering Clemson now that his first choice fell through. We are OOS Massachusetts. Hack worked Monday so we are working under the assumption that he got in.
Can someone post the link for the bridge hack? Thank you.
If your hack hasn’t changed does that mean you didn’t get in?
@GrBraxton If you try the “hack” and it does not prompt you to enter your code from your acceptance letter, that is a likely indicator that you did not get in…BUT not definite. Someone posted last year that they received an acceptance letter although there had not been a change when they tried the hack. You will know within the next few days for sure, and remember an acceptance or a rejection does not define you.
I wonder if they were mailed yesterday, or are being mailed today? Yes friends, we have reached that point of obsession haha.
Hi. I applied to the business school for Clemson. When I do the boarding hack, it says Welcome to Clemson… pleas enter activation code found in the acceptance letter. But… I heard that this hack doesn’t work for business students? Is that true? Please help clarify this… thanks!!!
My D’s hack still hasn’t changed… 1330 SAT 3.95 GPA top 25% of her class at one of the top high schools in the state (MA) I would be surprised if she didn’t get in but right now it doesn’t look so good. Do we think the hack could be wrong?
@Crocco25 It worked for my son. He applied and was accepted to the business school. It took a week+ to get the envelope. We live in Maine so you could get yours sooner. Congrats!!
Hmmm. ok. I think im just super paranoid. I cant do this for much longer!! I think im on the brink of insanity. LOL!! thanks for the clarification.
But when I do the Bridge hack, it says It’s unable to determine acceptance status… that’s odd, no?
