@carolinamom2boys When I went to pay the deposit for my daughter’s Bridge program yesterday, there were 998 spots left and today when I looked, there were 987. We paid her deposit before even getting the letter because we didn’t want to take any chances on the spaces filling up.
Nothing in Pa
Anxiously awaiting a big Tigertown Bound envelope but nothing in the mail in Murrells Inlet, SC.
Nothing for my S in York county, SC. So far on these boards the only arrivals have been bridge invitations. I wonder if they didn’t quite get in the mail Friday. Last year they hit the mail Friday and most in-state and nearby states received the decision on the following Monday. I asked my son if anyone had posted from his high school about mail today from Clemson and he said he hadn’t seen any social media posts or anything.
What is the bridge application??
@hokiegirl14 The Bridge program is an invitation only program that entails completing a year at the nearby CC , take 30 credits and maintain a 2.5 average and they are guaranteed acceptance at Clemson their sophomore year. They live on campus and can join any clubs except Greek organizations. They offer about 1000 spots

Another link you can use to check if you got in by putting your CU ID in, as this is only for accepted students. All 3 links have worked for me and I have received an email after confirming admitted spring day saying “Congratulations on your acceptance” but I’m still not sold until the packet comes. Haven’t gotten anything in the mail.
@amxn15 OK now I am really nervous that one didn’t work. What is the difference between that link and the other links? Also seeing on social media photos of students receiving acceptance packets yesterday.
@2019stu more info on Experience Clemson:
This open house event for accepted underrepresented minority students is by invitation only. Experience Clemson allows you to discover all the opportunities and resources available to you as a Clemson student.
No small white envelope in the informed digest for delivery today.
As someone who’s child has experienced technology issues on another school’s portal, I highly recommend waiting for the admission packet. Otherwise, you are setting yourself up for unnecessary disappointment and stress .
Nothing in today’s mail in Virginia either… #slowestmailever
Totally expected a small white envelop… but nothing in CT today and now a snow storm today. Last year many people got their white envelopes (and big packets) by now even this far north. If familiar with the USC “second look” mailing, let’s hope it isn’t a repeat.
FWIW, someone on another school thread commented that “most” students received their packets from Clemson yesterday. He/she is in-state. So students are hearing…
@loulou2 that student has no way of knowing that “most” students received their packets yesterday. She has no idea how many letters were sent out. Some people heard yesterday, but most is probably an overstatement.
Live in PA. According to USPS, first class mail takes 3 days to get to North East. If everything works out, we might hear today or more likely Wednesday. All depends what time they were mailed on Friday. Also as others have said, it is very unlikely that you will get a picture of an acceptance envelope in your USPS Informed Delivery Daily digest as it is too big to capture an image.
@carolinamom2boys totally agree and just sharing… since the Clemson thread did not have many responses I just thought it was helpful knowing people are hearing.
I live in state and relatively close to the school,
and I didn’t get anything yesterday. With the lack
of social media posts or reactions, I think it’s safe
to say that acceptances have not yet arrived. Only
Bridge letters were reported.
Waiting anxiously for the mail today, here in MA. Today’s informed delivery shows 3 mailpieces with no image. Snow is supposed to start around noon. Mail delivery is usually around 2.
@zline It took a week for our daughter to get her packet after the “hack” changed. A whole week. We’re in western PA.
