@vamom4 what I meant to say hacks never worked and still don’t work today

My daughter also applied to nursing, but she is out of state and not in Clemson’s top 25th percentile, so we are not very hopeful…
@vamom4 yes I think she has to email a new major and then they will set it up. Makes sense because when people logged in they saw the major and she only picked one
I was worried because I heard it was one of the hardest majors to get into Clemson. but she is accepted.
So, to summarize for those looking at this in the future:
- If the hacks work, you are likely accepted because the school has updated your status on the back end in preparation of you getting the actual letter.
- If the hacks don't work, it could be:
- you are denied
- you are waitlisted
- you were admitted but not to your choice of major, and therefore have to pick a different major before showing up as "accepted" in their online systems.
Even though people are having success and have seen certain results. This is such a small population of applicants represented on this board. I would just be really hesitant to trust any backdoor type thing on the Clemson website. I’m not saying it doesn’t work for some people, just that it’s probably best to wait for the letter to get to your mailbox before you make plans or decide your child is in or out. There have been mistakes with these things many times before.
Nothing for my son today, in-state (south of Charlotte), but his friend down the road got a packet. UGH snail mail LOL.
BTW, those of you who received acceptances, please continue to update the Admissions Decision Only thread with your stats. It is so very helpful to all! Thank you!
Nothing for me in NJ, but we didn’t get any mail, which is odd because my mom says the mailbox is always filled with bills, magazines, and junk mail.
Bridge hack worked and we checked the interest box but no packet for Bridge program near Columbia today.

Is it true that you can get a summer session where you have to move in june 24th?
For those who received acceptance but no hacks worked, have you tried today to log in with the ID for housing or Future Tiger Days after receiving acceptance? I heard from a couple people last year that they didn’t realize they weren’t using the right number and/or link until they received their acceptance! Curious to see where the disconnect was with the hack not working for accepted students.
Nothing yet in OH. But all three hacks worked for us, we were actually able to register for Experience Clemson day. Original hack changed last Tues. Anxiously awaiting the mail! ?

For everyone’s hack that didn’t work and accepted… are you sure that you were using the right CU ID? I feel like that is the reason your hack didn’t work.
