<p>I got Sorel boots for my older daughter and she loved them. I got them again for the younger one last year. The younger daughter said they are not comfortable for her. She is wearing her Hunter rain boots with lining (and thick socks) instead. She said they are very comfortable and water proof. </p>
<p>Uggs are clunky, and this year’s look is more of tall/slick riding boots. If you want Uggs, just make sure they are water proof and slip proof. Ithaca could get icy.</p>
