Stop! If he’s a top player on a top boarding school team he can potentially go D1 too. BS sends kids to UCLA, Stanford, Duke, Notre Dame, Colgate, BC, Princeton, etc etc etc in men’s soccer. As well as to many D3 schools. Is Black Rock still operating a prep school arm?
The Gatorade Player of the Year played at The Millbrook School a few years ago, when it was a weak program. You don’t need to be at a strong program, if you are a strong enough player. You would be identified via highlight tapes and attending ID camps and attending tournaments.
