<p>You can join clubs anytime. People join at anytime. As you can see, there are Winter and Spring rushes for selected Greek organizations.</p>
<p>As for on campus clubs, you will just have a harder time getting to know people in the clubs, since the regular members already know each other. I feel that Winter quarter is when cliques become more evident, inside and outside of clubs. It’s slighgtly harder (but not impossible) to meet new people due to the conglomeration of groups created during Fall quarter, but it also depends on your openess and comfort zone.</p>
<p>Any club on campus wants more members - this means more $$ to fund the organization. Try to join a few that you have interest in and time for.</p>
