<p>The difference between on and off-campus is not necessarily where you’re living but how you’re paying. If it’s owned by Northeastern, you’re paying Norhtheastern as part of your bill. If it’s not owned by Northeastern, it’s off-campus and you pay rent each month. Those are probably what you saw. Many people who live “off-campus” still live in the campus vicinity.</p>
