College Class of 2017

That’s good Jazzi. I’m still not feeling to good about Physics. Just want to slay that class.

Guys! I’m bringing this thread back! I need to catch up with all of you guys!

yeah yeah yeah! i want to catch up too! lets catch up you guys! im psyched to catch up. PSYCHED. i haven’t been this psyched since… since i caught up to this kid in track and field when we were doing the four hundred meter dash. he was known to be fast but look where i was, i was on his heels, and then for a split moment i was ahead of him before i fell back behind because i used up all my energy to get ahead of him. that was a long time ago, in seventh or eighth grade.

YAY!! I’m so happy you’re psyched! EVERYONE ELSE JOIIN THE BAND WAGGON!

My last day of classes is tomorrow…

Also, the dean of the business school told me today, “I’d buy stock in your career.” I’ve kinda been floating since…

Hiii guyssss

It’s the final stretch.

These next 2 weeks are gonna be crazy.

So my first year is over as of Friday. And I’m home as of yesterday. This is weird.

I still have 2 weeks; I’ll be heading home Saturday the 17th.

What’s everyone’s schedule for next semester looking like?

I have

Bio 123 and Lab
Writing in the Disciplines
Philosophy for Children
History of human rights
the sophomore experience (a group of online assessments that determine my eligibility for the School of education)

Its going to be rough.

I get out Thursday. I have two major finals tomorrow and I haven’t even started to study for them lol.

My schedule next year is:

Organic Chem & Lab
Microbiology & Lab
Intro to Child Advocacy
Statistics & Lab

Principles of Macroeconomics over the summer online

Environmental and Resource Economics
Legal Environment
Principles of Accounting II
World Literature
Honors Special Topics (This is actually a class called “Daring Greatly” about college, I’m not sure what the point is)

OMG you all still exist. I remember being a founding member of this thread and being so excited for college and all. Can you believe it’s already been a year? That we’re sophomores now?

As for me, I don’t go home. I have an internship that starts 3 days after finals, so I get no break lol. I just move all my stuff from Berkeley to Menlo Park.

I can’t comprehend things right now. The most popular, energetic, positive guy a year ahead of me in high school died by his own hand. I’ve been in shock since I found out…

Wow this thread is alive :open_mouth:

Hey everyone. Long time no talk.

My last exam is on the 23rd and then I have to sort out housing for next year before heading back home.

I remember that too. The senior thread in HSL is always the most active and then we got all excited about making a thread in CL and bringing this forum to life lol.

Ah everyone is saying “already” but it feels like it’s been way more then a year for me. So much has happened… It’s insane. But I think the next two years will go quicker (or for you guys, the next three years).

My schedule next year includes loads of physics and philosophy just like this year. :stuck_out_tongue: I really love my degree. That’s a plus side to coming here. :)

Now where are Niquii and Descuff. I wonder who won their bet.

This year went by fast for me. Well, at least 2nd semester seemed to go by really fast.

What was Niquii’s and Descuff’s bet?

Something about getting the higher GPA since they’re both doing engineering.

Guise! I’m so happy to see your posts.

I just came back from three week, three country excursion on unexpected insanity…More on that later, but man! So great to see your posts and hear about your semesters.

Next semester is going to be hell. I just know it. I’m taking five engineering classes. They’ll pretty much be a make or break decision on whether structural is a good fit for me.

@Descuff and my bet was that whoever has the highest GPA by the end of our four years…it doesn’t end at freshman year because he said he won’t be in engineering yet based on how his university is set up.

I can’t believe it’s been a year already. So much has happened. So much has been learned. I am so much more mature, independent, intelligent…Just…wow. Cheers to another year.

Oh! Also, look out for some PMs in the future for this summer. I have some ideas… ;)

Niquiiiiii, good to see you too  It’s so amazing coming back to this thread and seeing all these posts. It seems like it’s been a lifetime. It’s a good feeling to come back.

“So much has happened. So much has been learned. I am so much more mature, independent, intelligent…Just…wow.”
Couldn’t have said it better myself. That’s why it feels like it’s been so much more then a year for me.

I wonder if this thread will survive four years. I hope so… I’m still curious as to who’s winning the bet so far. I might not be around much the 4th year though. I graduate in 2016 :)

I can’t even think of next semester… My exams have been going alright so far, but I have major cramming to do for the ones I have left. I have one tomorrow. Dear Lord, why am I on CC?

PM’s? I approve. I’m curious now.

Get to studying, stressed!

I’ve been out since the start of May. I can’t even think of next semester, either. I’m too busy juggling my two online classes…

2016? Traitor! Just kidding. I might not even graduate until 2018 if I go for my accelerated masters…it all depends on how my junior year goes…but if it doesn’t go through 2017 still for me. I tried to make it 2016, but I’m just going to space out my credits. I think it’ll work out for the better in the long run.

Yes, yes. PMs. Be curious! :P

PMs?
