<p>@Serenity Oh…wow. Yeah, the only reason I can see her moving (from the given information) is tht she wanted to be around a different scene. </p>
<p>What’s Color Wars and Oktoberfest?</p>
<p>Longwood doesn’t have a football team so there is no homecoming. Instead of a spirit week followed by homecoming, we have spirit week followed by this fair thing where clubs can come out and set up booths and sell things or just get their name out there. It also involves a competition between clubs to set up the best booth for a monetary prize. Plus, school dance and singing clubs perform periodically throughout the day. And then there are four concerts from paid acts at the end of the day. </p>
<p>Color Wars is a paint war using latex paint watered down. Everyone wears white shirts and students who come in on odd years are designated green while the evens are red. Line up on opposite sides of the field with cups, get some paint from the trash cans, and throw it at each other. Supposedly, there is a competition with a judge (this year it was the police chief) but it’s usually just that red wins on odd years, green on even years.</p>
<p>Well I only came on here because gamefaq’s mods are being the most idiotic people on God’s green earth (well technically the earth would be a brown/black color and also blue and white but whatever). </p>
<p>But I guess it’s good to tell what’s up. Basically I’m midway through the semester. Life pretty much got normal around here. I mean if you haven’t settle in by now you probably need to change something. We’re having this event call Humans vs Zombies. Basically it involve Nerf guns… xD. So basically every floor is probably have a mini-gunfight each day lol.
It’s getting quite cold but the weather have nothing against my roll up striped shirt and my fancy winter hat. Midwest’s native FTW. I pretty much been slacking on my classes but right now I’m just like “Let’s catch up.” Basically I have to keep doing the HW (some of which take hours -_-). The study group plan failed miserably somehow. But I don’t really use group to study. I feel like I should be on top of my math class again. Usually I am the one the teacher acknowledge in math because I was basically the best one in class. This dude that sit next to me in both lecture and recitation for math is like the star student. I suppose you could say I’m a little jealous. But that shall be my motivation for the next 8-10 weeks for math. I don’t hate the dude or anything, he’s actually pretty cool. </p>
<p>Physics is a horror show right now. I don’t know what the heck are we doing… I think I’m gonna ask this one nice funny guy for help… hmm</p>
<p>There is this girl that work the mailroom for my residence hall. She’s pretty cool. I think I need to “forget” my mail locker combination a bit more often… If you know what I mean… </p>
<p>Com (Speech) is pretty easy. I dread public speaking. But really I think I would do good speaking in public. It was mainly in my head. Just don’t make it a daily thing or even a monthly thing.</p>
<p>The only thing I haven’t done is worked out. But I haven’t really gain any pounds. Usually I walk to and from classes (10-20 minutes ) each day. But I really want some nice abs. I could care less about my arm muscles. </p>
<p>Let see… let see… I think that’s enough for now.</p>
<p>So There’s a 40-50% chance of snow tomorrow. I am so excited. Everyone else is all like “oh after a few days you’ll hate it.” I don’t know about that. This other girl named Ellie (who’s from SoCal) and I have decided we are going to play in the snow. She’s excited too.</p>
<p>Her and I went against the stereotypes for Florida&California today , lol. We went to Walmart with 2 other girls on my wing (from Iowa), and they asked us if we surf, if we go to the beach a lot, and if we go to Disney Land/World. Our answers to all 3 were no, lol</p>
<p>^Don’t expect the snow to stick this early. But Snow is enjoyable. Until it’s 20 degrees in the middle of winter and there are ice everywhere (even more horrible if you drive-black ice). But you can still have fun regardless lol. Don’t forget to taste the snow and avoid “yellow” snow.</p>
<p>It’s all fun and games until you can’t feel your hands even after being inside for half an hour.</p>

<p>Purdue’s football team just might be better than USF’s football team. </p>
<p>We’re goin to lose this Saturday, but we might have a chance. Teams that should’ve won haven’t been winning as of late. </p>
<p>I’ve been to a couple. Two of which I’ve sported the visiting teams colors. Whoops. 
Not a lot of people go because well…our team isn’t that good.</p>

<p>Purdue only won 1 game… I’m pretty much in the same situation as Niquii lol.
I went to a couple game. Was sadly disappointed and left like 3rd quarter. I even got my family guests to leave during the 3rd quarter of that second game lol.</p>
<p>Our team seriously suck but the stadium be full… I guess more school spirit or something idk. Usually it’s at a time where people would probably go to the mall or something (aka noon).</p>

<p>So despite the fact that I’m currently involved with Tri Beta, Psi Chi, a research assistant, on debate scholarship, made straight As, had my teachers jump for joy (literally one did that) when I told them I was applying, currently in an honors course, and TUTOR people who are in the honors program, I was still somehow rejected from the program today.</p>
