College Counselor Solves Kidnapping Mystery

@GnocchiB "Maybe @mom2collegekids can interest the young man in attending the University of Alabama… "

That’s exactly what I thought when I read the story in the paper. ( I still read the newspaper.)

The boy does deserve privacy but if he gets an agent he might be able to sell an interview and pay for college.

How awful for the mother. It would break her heart for him to be missing all those years and then to have him be so fully indoctrinated into the Dad’s life… More heartbreak.

This young man will need time to process all of this. He may come around and decide to re-establish a relationship with his mother, but that will need to be handled delicately. He cannot overcome in one week a lifetime of feelings that he experienced as a result of being told his mother rejected him.

I really feel for that mother. What hell to have lost your son, only to find him again and know that he doesn’t necessarily share your feelings of joy at the prospect of a reunion. Hopefully she can be patient and get some guidance from a professional on how to approach the situation.

How did he continue to pursue his education? Did he change his name on his school records? Did he even go to college?

Well, at least his mom got to meet him according to this article & then I can’t find anything more. Hope he gets some privacy AND some counseling!

In what way is the name Mangina a joke? I don’t get it.

I’m thinking it’s like the “Dolores” body part joke from Seinfeld…

Um…try google…
