On the UMich Admissions IG account, the student who is doing today’s takeover said “I think some time in early April” in Stories.

3/31 is stated on the Berklee website as the date when RD decisions are released. Berklee also stated 1/31 for EA decisions (and they were indeed released on 1/31). Applicants received their decisions at 12 AM in the past couple of years, including EA this year.
