<p>A tip on making friends from someone in the same place… it works better to discuss your interests and hobbies than the normal boring “what dorm are you in?” “how’s your roommate?” “where are you from?” During an event, a girl came up to me, introduced herself, and bluntly said what she was interested in. Her interests happened to be the exact same as mine. I think we’ll end up being good friends! Clubs will also be a good place to make friends, but I’ve only had one club meeting so far, so I’ll see how it goes. College is going well for me, but I am not attached at the hip with other friend like some people are already…</p>
