“That’s not how you meet people in college based on my experience. Usually, I’ve noticed that successful conversations = starting by asking someone their name and what they’re majoring in and what their classes are, and then you try to build from there.”

I haven’t been trying to meet people that way, that’s just how it’s been happening. XD I ask people questions because I genuinely need to know the answers and then we start making conversation, a few people we have just randomly started talking because people are so receptive here right now-- particularly in the bathroom which I thought was WEIRD but it’s actually working out because I bump into the same girls there all the time at the sinks getting ready in the morning and we talk about how things have been going and stuff, I think some friendships may come even just from that. And yesterday I went to meijer madness and met a bunch of cool people on the bus and made a friend. And I met some people who live in my building too, so I am in good shape I think considering I’ve hardly been anywhere yet.

I will PM you! :)
