I hope so but I’ve seen more than one post on other sites where the person says they called Admissions and were told Dec 17. But then I wonder why they’ve had Dec 15 on their website this entire time. 
I just noticed on their site that in on place it says Dec. 15th and in the other it says mid-Dec. They have been very active on social today, so we shall see. Good luck to you.

My daughter is currently an OOS Freshman in the Honors College and absolutely loving her first year so far!
I’d be surprised if they released decisions on a Sunday versus a weekday BUT you never know!
I know the waiting is both hard and exciting but hopefully it is all worth it for everyone.

Unscientific poll!! 
. How many of you have sons who have applied to CofC and it’s their top choice? Asking since my son chose CofC! Curious to see if the male to female ratio is going to get more balanced come the fall!

It is my sons (oof) top choice or at least top 2! He wants to study astronomy and there are not a ton of schools who offer the major, and most are ivy league or enormous. He really likes the class options within the major. He also has grown up vacationing in Charleston so its a comfortable environment he is used to even though away from home.

It’s not in his top 2-3 as of now, but strong merit could push it up. Location is ideal, but the lack of a football team and it being on the small side is what pushes it further down the list for him.

Does anyone OOS have a maroon My Portal Access button on their portal page? It seems that in state EA applicants had that button show up the morning that their decisions were posted later in the evening.

Has anyone’s child tried to log into the link on the scholarship section of the portal sign in. Why would they put it with a c of c email address before the kids even hear?
