When you log in click college of Charleston member and not guest. This is how we are seeing this view. I guess we have our own little mini gate. Lol

We’ve tried doing this and see our student’s name w/ “student” attached but the next screen says “more information needed”. So, I def think this is why you don’t see the “portal” button everyone’s talking about. You already have access to it.

We get so far as to select our student and enter password before the next screen pops up and says " More information required

Your organization needs more information to keep your account secure"

At least we know why you haven’t seen the portal button. :slight_smile: I’ve never been a patient person. HAHA!

My daughter’s Portal looks the same as well. For those already admitted, does Charleston award merit (if any) at the time of acceptance or does that come later? With most of her other acceptances any academic merit award was noted in the acceptance letter but for Pitt which came 2 months after acceptance but they are rolling and I my understanding is that there they continue to review admitted students for merit through the spring.

where is the decision letter? able to get into portal with name but no decision posted anywhere, does this mean anything good or just a place to view the decision?

I spoke to the Admissions Office and they told me it will be released at 6:00pm. I am out of state.

so next to that maroon button are instructions under “Know your CofC credentials”. So are we supposed to do that now? (should he have done that already?) My aon just got an email saying that they need his social security #. We have zero clue where he is supposed to add that. Anyone???

nevermind. there is a space on the bottom of the screen now w a space for the social. I missed it.
