My son is waitlisted also. Curious if anyone knows how HC handles it. I don’t know if my son has it in him to wait until midsummer, but he plans to accept and send the supplemental essay for now. Thanks for any input and good luck to all!

It’s a stressful time for sure, hope he can keep his head up and some good news will come his way. Nothing to be ashamed of, he has some great stats! Keep being biased

Did they say what the acceptance rate and application numbers were this year?
My student was accepted but their best friend was waitlisted. Friend’s letter said that they received 10k applications for 800 spots! Crazy!!!

Waitlisted. You can look at waitlist statistics from prior years on the common data set (by school year). Just search for “College of Holy Cross Common Data Set”. I just tried to search on the HC website, but I have not been successful with finding a working link.
Our daughter was accepted! We’re from the Midwest and this seems like a long way from home, but HC seems like it would be a great fit for her.
