<p>hmm anyone know anything about halogen lamps? i have A lamp…but i’m not sure if it’s halogen or not. and i’d rather not buy a new one if i can avoid it. but i was reading up, and the bulb is surrounded by metal, so the lamp itself does tend to heat up a good amount, which is what i hear halogen lamps do. BUT i think it just heats up as much as any other bulb/lamp would so…any advice?</p>
