By the way, Santa Clara is getting harder and harder to get into given its location. You have a good chance of getting in there, but it is probably more of a match, not a safety.
Try Case Western. It has very good STEM programs and a well respected liberal arts school. Many students there double major. My son did a double major of math/economics. It has a single door admissions process and it allows students to take any class at the university. It is a university but it isn’t huge.
Alright, thank you everyone! I’ll choose one more school to add from Smith, URochester, Case Western, and Northeastern in addition to CMU (I don’t want to add too many schools-- I already have around 17 schools).
