Yes, if your goal is to transfer, you should start at the least expensive option and plan to transfer directly from that school (as long as you will still be successful there). Also, do not put all your eggs in one basket. When considering transferring, you should be applying to many schools, not just Northeastern, in the event that you are not accepted. Also, many schools are only need-aware for transfer students, instead of need-blind, so you also need to be very aware about the affordability of the schools.
