Based on the percentage of test-optionals who were accepted vs the percentage of those who applied, Penn might be a good candidate.

Sorry- my note b4 made no sense. Typing too fast. Trying to say - a rank is just marketing. That’s all it his. And look at Forbes or Niche or the WSJ and they’re different. US News has national, regional and then universities and colleges. Then LACs. It’s a sham. So where does Pomona fit amongst Princeton and other Ivys. If Wesleyan is #20 LAC, is it #32 or 47 when yo u look at all.

It’s fair to ask which will weigh more and I think people gave you ideas but no one knows. The truth is - you can’t overcome grades.

But everyone on here will tell you to pick the right school for you
not the right one on a ranking sheet.

and again, you have your great public flagships that will likely value it most.
