Collins LLC?

Uhm. I have researched on this forum that Collins is known for having many people with alternative living styles (if you get what I mean, I don’t want to be too blunt). Maybe I am just having some prejudices based on what I heard about the LLC. However, I have decided to stay and give it a shot because I realise I should give it a try before coming to any conclusion. The only concern I have for the dorm is not have air conditioning. I get rashes easily in the summer (from where I am, it is extremely hot in the summer) and I have allergies. I know you have to have a doctor’s note about getting air condition installed. But since I live in an another country, I am not sure if they will accept notes from a foreign doctor. Plus there will be additional cost right?
