Columbia University Science Honors Program ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

@Thehutis i meant i fail at science because i got 45-50 on the science section. i actually want to get an economics major in columbia lol

uh, me and my friend got .08 for the probability cuz 3/503/4 + 7/501/4 :P

Do you think a 14 challenge, 47/50 Math and a 60-65/70 science will get me in?

@thecolororange yeah, defintely

does anyone remember the science questions? what was the one about the shape of the titration of the weak acid and weak base?

i put B as the answer

@masterofpuppets

o hahahaha that just made me laugh so hard!
I want to go to Yale(princeton if im lucky but probably not :P) for science so I got a job at yale labs (plus I go to Hopkins which is literally like 5 mins away from Yale proper) so i figured you were doing the same. ^^

If you were to get in, what classes would you take? I want to take Organic Chem, Java, String Theory or Neurobiology

What did you guys get for the first question? The one with imaginary numbers.

I think -1?

if i get in (hopefully!), i’d probably go for organic chem, neurobiology, and human physiology.

That’s what I got too. What did you get for the one with the inequality one? Was it -2<x<3?

Idr the question for that one @creampuffer?

can you remember the question? idr what i put but if you have the question im sure i can recreate my answer

It was on the top of the second page I believe. It gave an equation like (x+2)(x-3)<0.

oh yea! that was the answer
-2 > x > 3

i mean -2 < x < 3

yea, i got -2<x<3

Nice. What about the question with the sum of the three digit number?

25…
