Columbia vs. UVA

what’s wrong with owning polo shirts of every color?

i guess that implies UVa kids dress more colorfully, and I guess that also implies that UVa’s weather is warmer (so kids can wear short sleeve stuff) if anything at all…

i go to UVa and i don’t wear polo shirts…they are ugly, seriously.

and i’m going to columbia next year, but i consider my style preppy. (although i don’t own polos of every color lol)
i honestly think that you should not decide schools because of how students dress.
some people dress preppy but don’t act preppy, and those who dress boho may act preppy.
for example, i dress preppy but i honestly cannot stand the frat/sorority type people.
i think it would be a good idea to talk to the people at both UVA and Columbia to see what they are really like, don’t just judge them on the basis of their appearance.

the only reason i mentioned dress is that at UVA, a lot of people dress like they act :P

to a certain extent, i agree with you skraylor.
