<p>Seriously, they are trying to “recruit” as BGOs younger grads and parents of mids/recent mids because these individuals typically have more recent experiences with USNA. However, many people who fall into this category are still on active duty, have families, busy jobs, etc. and simply can’t make the time commitment.</p>
