<p>Here is a link noting the rankings. It’s not the link I originally saw, but it’s the list, nonetheless. Berkeley is #1 in Communications, and UCLA is #10. I question this ranking, but there you have it.</p>

<p>The ranking system here is based on university reputation and research, and is voted on by academics. I suspect Berkeley is up in the ranks more from a knee-jerk reaction than actual hard-core data, but that’s just my hunch.</p>
