<p>There are plenty of no FA folks who are not wealthy and are just making too much to receive FA. Thus, one will find a mix, and like unalove said, it is hard to tell the difference. In S1’s first year, his group of friends decided that when going out as a group they would limit what each spent to the most the least affluent member could spend. That way no one felt slighted, or spent more than one should.</p>
