<p>There used to be an ECE major at Caltech, there has not been one for a few years. </p>
<p>Don’t waste your time worrying about “program tracks”. All they are are lists of suggested courses (at least in CS and EE, some majors have actual “tracks” that you choose into). If you want a EE degree with some courses in CS, you can do that–just pick the courses you want to take in CS when you get here.</p>
<p>That being said, UIUC has a very good EE department as well.</p>
