Rank may not be the best criteria to judge engineering colleges. Small class sizes, on campus research, and an active IEEE group on campus are also is important. CWRU offers all three. Anyone can buy a membership if they choose to join the IEEE. There is a student rate for that. Its open to any student. Its also open to professional engineers at a higher rate.
