It’s definitely possible, and I know of at least one person off the top of my head who did it (plus another person in my med school class who was a CS major, though not at Hopkins). There’s even a [Computer Integrated Surgery (CIS) Minor](http://www.cisst.org/undergraduate-programs) that you may be interested in if that’s the aspect of CS you’re thinking about.

The CS program requires 16 credits of basic science classes, so you can use “space” to take your pre-med requirements. The CS program also has quite a bit of room for electives, so I don’t think completing the pre-med requirements will be difficult schedule-wise. (See [CS Undergraduate Advising Manual](http://cs.jhu.edu/current-undergraduate/adviseman.html) for more about CS requirements)
