<p>it was once mentioned that harvard fas needs someone to get in their faces…lawrence summers…enough said. I obviously am goign to disagree, but they really are an extremely powerful faculty (by-product of attempting to hire the global best in every field conceivable…tends to create a general inflated-head-thing), and it seems like a diplomatic sort would be better (like someone who will get in their faces, but at least at the beginning, passively, which is not something I think Condoleezza Rice does…), something building power until they’re ready for someone of her caliber. Stanford’s faculty’s prolly not so meek and humble, but if they had issues, i can only wonder in horror at the issues harvard faculty might have, haha. let me knwo what you think</p>
