I saw 2 blank boxes with that appeared empty, with no text or images; and I couldn’t see some other boxes well. For example, it looked like there were 2 planes. This puzzle just didn’t work for me.

There were no words in this game, just pictures of things. Strange that you weren’t able to see the images.

Didn’t make it, and I don’t totally agree with a couple of purple - had two of them and I see why they included the others but a big stretch. And one or another picture would disappear when clicked and eventually reappear when shifted.

So not a success.

I had the same thing as @Data10 . You know…I have enough trouble with this. Needing to figure out what each thing meant before I started just added to the mess.

My results also showed the blanks - apparently I chose the wrong blank for my purple guess.

I didn’t know there were hints!

I didn’t love this. Is the plane a plane or jet or flight? The words can certainly change pronunciations and have two meanings, but I can play with the pronunciation of the correct word rather than be left wondering whether I even am working with the correct word.

Connections NYT: hints for todays puzzle

I’m not done yet, but probably going to bomb out. One guess left. But coming on here helped because my pictures on my laptop were really ambiguous. Had no idea what bottom left was, it looks nothing like what it apparently is on my laptop.

Hoping this is just April 1, because NOT interested in guessing what the words are before I solve.
