This Connections was the most challenging one for me in quite some time. I’ve had good success in recent puzzles since I started trying to solve all 4 at once, rather than one at a time. However, this time, it failed. I have different internal definitions for one of the yellows and one the greens that prevented solving. I correctly identified the categories and knew 3 of the 4, but had no idea about the 4th. I needed to solve one of those to get blue; so I ended up guessing on blue and guessed wrong. I recognized purple instantly.

This one actually went quick for me. I think I hear less common meanings/usages of words almost automatically. So if I see two that have similar meanings, I can pick out the less common usages of other words.

Edit: nevermind. I just noticed a very easy mistake I was just lucky not to make.

I like the purple category and identified three of them, but would not have known the fourth.
