This might be helpful to all your Engineering applicants and specifically ECE transfers.
I have talked several times with the Admissions Director of the CoE as for one reason or another I ended up with her personal e-mail. She told me that due to the large number of applications they are taking longer than expected and that they were expected to have all decisions for engineering (or ECE, I’m not entirely sure) mid-next week MAX.
Hope this helps alleviate someone’s curiosity.

Does anyone know of any cases in which someone with an updated CALS transeval (Name and Major) did not get admitted? Or is the transeval more or less a guaranteed acceptance?
No. However, it seems as if, in the past at least, people have transevals updated on Thursdayish, have updated pins on Mondays, and get acceptances on Tuesdays. @Collegeyadayada
I got an acceptance letter in the mail today (dated May 8th) for the College of Human Ecology. I was completely surprised, because when I checked this morning, it said my PIN could not be found. An amazing surprise, and just goes to show you how spontaneous this process can be
@ShunnedTransfer My advisor was very friendly and helpful even though I am at a huge university. So I would regularly message her when I needed to ask about classes, course loads, registrations, etc. Because she didnt know that much about my personal life, she asked me to send her a resume as well as answer some of her questions. Based on that, she was able to write about my personality and extracurriculars as well as my performance academically and the rigor of my courses.
