<p>Not that I was active in this thread, but rejected CAS Government, as a rising sophmore transfer from Case Western Reserve University.</p>
<p>Hey, how long did it take for you to receive the finaid+housing packet after your admissions status changed to “congradulations!”? </p>
<p>I haven’t received it yet…and I’m paranoid that the housing area I want will be booked full.</p>

<p>I just got the decision from Stanford and everything is dark now, the positive thinking is gone. I expecting a big NO! from Cornell as well</p>

<p>I called the admissions office today and the lady was able to give me my admissions decision. WHEW!!! Cornell '11</p>
<p>on another note she said that online decisions will be posted tomorrow and decisions by mail have been sent out today.</p>

<p>gratz! when she told you online decision would be posted tomorrow, did she mention which particular college would do that or was she just speaking for CAS applicants only…?</p>
<p>here is what happened: She called my house and left a very excited voicemail saying that “decisions will be available online tomorrow but if you want it today, you can call.” I called and found out. She didnt tell me what school though, sorry.</p>
<p>So… So… Will we be able to hear the decisions by tomorrow?? 
(I would think that’s only for CAS though… -sigh-)</p>

<p>I just called the general admissions, then was transferred to engineering admissions and she said that engineering decisions are made on a rolling basis, that she didn’t know how long they would take cause it depends on how fast/slow the department itself makes the decisions, but that my app was under review as is stated online. Hope that helps somewhat =/</p>
<p>Thanks scary2hairy for the info… that means we can’t hope for getting our decisions tomorrow… I guess we just have to wait… I’ll stop checking the website from today… Have to finish my papers and study for my finals… -sigh- Good luck everyone… Wondering if should call… -__- Oh well… I’ll just wait… :D</p>
