it gives an error when I fill it out. Most stuff tied to portal information doesn’t work until decisions are live

through student center, you can read above about it. i am an intl student, so i think it works for everyone
yep! I had a east coast school decision (from east coast) that came out at 9 pm so 
I haven’t gotten anything and I’m nervous
