Has anyone received an email from FA office asking to file CSS? Someone received today. The email didnāt mention the student name.
When you called, did you get someone on the phone? My son received a similar request for FA docs, but I couldnt get an actual person on the phoneā¦,.

where was the withdraw button initially located?
yes! i waited 15 mins and the line redirected to a representative i called abt 9 am today
on the right side of the page, as i remember, around upload button
ok well mineās gone too then. checklist is still there though

I also took me to the āaccess deniedā page. Not sure if that means anything, but portal astrology might be pointless at this point
