Mine is like this as well. I submitted my CSS on 8th Feb. btw Im an int student.
D24 didn’t apply for any financial aid and didn’t submit any documents. Here is what we have in the financial aid portal.

I now have an empty to do list but there is stuff there. I think having the No to Do items just means they have a financial aid decision for you, I just recently submitted my CSS to Cornell which is why I think it switched for me. It could be true that having FA done now could be a good sign for Friday since they would enclose the FA details in the acceptance wave on friday.
oh yea, that’s probably why. However I applied for fin aid and processing for the longest but it js stopped and shows the no to do info found 
i’m hoping it’s a good sign but i’ve been stressing about it being bad the entire day yesterday haha.
you simply click “Go” button – then it will show “To do” list. or fill in 2/15/2024… click go–also get “To do” list
no i know what u mean. I had that, i used to check every day and saw my stuff processing, yesterday i checked and it’s all GONE. completely and js says this:
maybe just system glitch. I do not think it mean anything
~end of Jan, Fa office did inform some students individually to submit document or signed TaX return. the deadline is Feb 15 2024.
everything was turned in yea and i even checked everyday to make sure nothing new was needed haha. Removing everything all of a sudden js makes me worry
i hope it is haha. 
most people got “processing 2/15/2024”…
yea i know :(. I had processing as well. I’m not sure why it’s like this all of a sudden, but as you said it’s most likely a glitch since cornell’s portals are always glitchy lol
or you can write email to FA office to inquire

I think if it switched from processing to no to do it just means your FA offer is decided, and that MIGHT correlate with the acceptances coming this Friday. ( This is solely a guess do not take this seriously)
