Looks like you entered a wrong web page (admitted student finaid site?). You’ll need to always enter the aid status site from Check Application Status | Financial Aid (cornell.edu).

exactly, I have not even submitted my CSS yet, they should have it marked. I dont know if I’m eligible for Ratan Tata Scholarship though, because I’m Indian
Cornell uses IDOC. Did you see logs on IDOC site saying Cornell requesting docs and their request got fulfilled?
