there is written " citizen" and id number is different from reference number on portal. I actually don’t care of acceptance but i think it is interesting
enrollment says that I don’t have access to enrollment at this time.

All the demographic info is there.
After accepting the financial aid acknowledgment, the financial aid page said that access is not available at this time.

Everyone has ID number differently from reference number, it is not special thing we can guess.
