How do you check your transeval?
@binklish , not to get your hopes up… but I was accepted (CALS) last week and my https://transeval.cals.cornell.edu still hasn’t been updated… so anything is possible.
Is the transeval only for CALS applicants? I’m applying to CHE. Financial Aid wasn’t changed from initiated to ordered so looks like I’m getting a rejection

@steezexxx the Financial Aid Transcript has become such a big deal because of what it exemplifies. When a transfer student has applied for financial aid, the new School must request an official Financial Aid Transcript from any prior colleges that am apppicant attended. The transcript/transcripts will show how much prior Federal and State Aid has already been received by the applicant. This is important because all Federal Grants have an undergraduate semester limit of payment and all Federal Loans have an undergraduate aggregrate and yearly limit. They use the transcript to determine eligibility to receive Federal Aid/how much and to ensure there won’t be an overpayment. Every College must get this information from any past colleges to determine how much Federal Aid they may disburse.
Is it a guarantee that you’re being rejected if your status hasn’t changed from initiated to ordered?
Also what time do decisions come out on Tuesdays?

From reading from previous years’ thread, apparently this year’s transeval is different than the past and several people I have asked who were admitted into cals told me their transeval wasn’t updated until a few hours before decision came out. Wish everyone best of luck!

I was supposed to see my decision tomorrow at 10, but had 11 missed calls from my dad about my admissions letter coming in the mail.
Crazy didn’t expect to find out that way haha

And btw my transfer transcript changed from initiated to ordered and then disappeared last week. 
I know there were some people who had their FA change from initiated to ordered, and they were rejected. I wonder if it also works the other way around - if there’s anyone who had their financial aid as initiated and got accepted.
i wonder if they can order your transfer transcript when your federal parents w2 is still marked as incomplete?
@criesinchinese Yes! I was actually going to post a similar question. Could my transcript still say initiated because I have something else on the list marked as incomplete? For me it’s the federal verification.

@criesinchinese I knowww me too, I was really positive this morning and I just want to keep it that way. After reading so many negative comments I’m starting to doubt myself so I’m going to get off CC for a bit.
@jc11211 We can’t even get into the page because it states no access until an applicant has received their decision. It does show CALS and Dyson Logos, however that’s as far as we can get. Was it the same for you?
