@Coooooo Dyson decisions are VERY late this year. Also, people who had valid waivers for the commonapp were suddenly told last month that their fee waiver was not valid, and had to prove it was valid or pay the application fee. And I think ALL of those apps went to the back of the line, so to speak, just because they were flagged as ‘incomplete’, regardless if they were ‘complete’ months ago and/or paid promptly last month.
@collegedayz19 lol thanks. that is literally my situation. I got the common app fee waiver but was told to have an additional form to prove it. I am supposed to expect my decision earlier, but right now, it seems like I will get a decision in late May. Hope that waiver thing will not affect my chances.
@collegedayz19 I can still see my checklist when i log into my applicant portal. Should I be worried? Should it have disappeared? I applied for Dyson.

@worksmart65 My checklist is still there- that’s ok as long as everything is checked off. If you have an ‘x’ by anything, however, I would quickly address that with admissions.
@Coooooo If it affects you it affects me too! They did the same to me, and no other school pulled that. So, I suppose it could affect us, but there is literally no way we could have known. It’s like walking out of a store after having paid for something and then being stopped by security until you find your receipt- which the clerk forgot to give you. haha. And I am not accusing Cornell of pulling a fast one, but think about who the fee waiver affects most- those applying for financial aid. So, if there are no spots available- due to this delay- for those with the most need, that doesn’t exactly hurt Cornell does it? Not accusing, just saying! They could have asked about this in February when a lot of us submitted our apps. Now I am sure I will get a 100 people writing me saying I am paranoid. haha

Pin trick didn’t work, but i’m a previous applicant. My numbers are good, but I was rejected in the Spring semester- so I hope that doesn’t have much of an effect.

I submitted my Mid Term Report pretty late (like legit 2-3 weeks ago). Does that mean I will get a decision later?
i submitted my midterm report around the same time too but the pin trick was working for me
This is crazy, but I just did the pin trick and got my decision right now. I’m not sure if it’s a breach but I got my actual decision lol.
Also, my portal doesn’t have a decision yet.
